What we keep, and why

• Your name and email address, so you can sign in and so we can send you what you ask for.
• The public half of each of your passkeys and, if you add one, your second factor, so that only you can sign in.
• When you signed in and how, which you can see on your account page.
• If you buy something: what you bought, when, and the receipts and certificates we sent you. Your card details go to our payment processor and never reach us.

Email

We send only the email you ask for: sign-in links, and receipts and certificates for things you buy. We never send marketing, and we never buy, rent or collect lists of addresses. If a message to you bounces or is marked as spam, we stop sending to that address.

Who sees it

Only the people who run everyside, and the companies that host our servers and deliver our email, which may use it only to do that for us. When you choose to sign in to another site with everyside, that site receives your name and email address. We never sell what we keep, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long

For as long as you have an account. Records of what you bought are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your asking.

Deleting your information

Email privacy@everyside.com from the address you use with everyside and ask us to delete your account. We will tell you when it is done.
